HealthPro® Series Warranty
We are proud to cover the HealthPro® Series air cleaning system with a one (1) year limited warranty for commercial use and five (5) years for residential use. If, within the warranty period, this air cleaner or any part thereof (with the exception of filters) is proven to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, IQAir North America, Inc. will, at their option, repair or replace the faulty air cleaner or part free of charge for labor and materials. The warranty for replaced parts will automatically expire with the termination of the original device’s warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized repair, damage caused by installation, adaptation, modification or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with IQAir’s operating and maintenance instructions, or to wear or deterioration resulting from environmental conditions or to damage sustained during transit. IQAir North America, Inc. will not be liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship if the product has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than IQAir North America, Inc. or if the manufacturer’s serial sticker has been removed or tampered with.
IQAir North America, Inc. covers the shipping costs going back to the customer for ground shipping only. Should a faster shipping service be required or if the product needs to be shipped outside the continental United States, additional shipping costs will apply and are the responsibility of the end-user. IQAir North America, Inc. does not extend its warranty nor ship products outside North America. IQAir North America, Inc. will not refund shipping, handling or insurance costs for warranty repairs. Obvious defects must be communicated to the authorized IQAir Dealer within 10 days of the purchase date.
To secure your warranty rights and prevent possible transport damage, all products must be returned in original IQAir packaging. Please keep the original packaging. Alternatively, original IQAir packaging can be ordered, for a nominal fee, from IQAir North America, Inc.

CleanZone Hood Warranty
We are proud to cover the CleanZone Hood with a one (1) year limited warranty with the exception of filters from the date of the original purchase by the end-user from the Authorized Dealer, the Product or any part thereof (with the exception of filters) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, IQAir North America, Inc. will at their option repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor and materials. Obvious defects must be communicated to the Authorized Dealer within 10 days from the purchase date.
This warranty shall not apply to damage caused through misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized repair, to damage caused through installation, adaptation, modification or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with IQAir's operating and maintenance instructions, wear or deterioration due to environmental conditions or to damage occurred during transit. IQAir North America, Inc. will not be liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship, if the product has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than IQAir North America, Inc. or if the manufacturer's serial label has been removed or tampered with. All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied with a RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging. The absence of an RA number will delay the service or repair process. Any shipment to IQAir North America, Inc. without a RA number will not be accepted or will be immediately sent back to the shipper.

Perfect 16® Warranty
Limited Parts Warranty Conditions
We are proud to cover the Perfect 16® air cleaning system with a one (1) year limited warranty for commercial use and a limited lifetime for residential use. This warranty shall continue for so long as the original Owner occupies the residence into which the products are installed and is non-transferrable. If this system or any part thereof (with the exception of filters) is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, IQAir North America, Inc. will, at their option, repair or replace the faulty system or part free of charge. The Owner agrees to accept a reasonable product match in the event of such a repair if the original product is no longer available. The obligations under this warranty are limited, and shall in no event exceed the original purchase price of the product(s). This warranty is for parts and does not include labor. The warranty for replaced parts will automatically expire with the termination of the original device’s warranty. IQAir recommends using a professional HVAC contractor for any repairs to the homeowner’s HVAC system.

This ParticleScan instrument is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty. If, within 1 year from the original purchase date by the end-user from the authorized dealer, this instrument or any part thereof is proven to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, IQAir will, at their option, repair or replace the faulty device, or part thereof, free of charge for labor and materials. The warranty for replaced parts will expire automatically with the termination of the original instrument's warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized service or repair, damage caused by installation, adaptation, modification or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with operating and maintenance instructions, or to wear or deterioration resulting from environmental conditions or to damage sustained during transit. No liability will be accepted under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship, if the instrument has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than the manufacturer's authorized service personnel or if the instrument's serial sticker has been removed or tampered with.
IQAir does not refund shipping, handling or insurance costs for warranty repairs. IQAir North America, Inc. covers the shipping costs going back to the customer for ground shipping only.
