Use the IQAir app to guide you through the connection process. Ensure the purifier is within range of a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and that the correct network information is entered during setup.
I don’t see the filter light. How will I know when to change the filter?
The filter indicator light comes on when the filter has approximately 20% life remaining.
How long do Atem Eco filters last?
The Atem Eco HyperHEPA air filter is designed for consistent, high-performance air filtration for up to 12 months of recommended use.
How do I clean the Atem Eco purifier?
The exterior of the purifier can be cleaned using a soft, dry or lightly dampened cloth. Internal filters should not be washed or exposed to moisture. If mold or excessive dust is present in the surrounding environment, inspect the purifier regularly and replace filters as needed. For the removal of tough, non-water soluble stains, use a silicon spray. Do not use solvents or any organic cleaning fluids.
