IQAir AirVisual is a proud air quality monitoring partner of the United Nations Environment Programme. The IQAir AirVisual Platform brings together data collected by governments, companies, and individuals around the world to support the UNEP's global health policies and to help us bring air quality data to the 9 out of 10 people worldwide who still need clean air to breathe.

IQAir Partners with Greenpeace

IQAir published the 2019 World Air Quality Report in association with Greenpeace, combining and analyzing real-time air quality data for a comprehensive view of global PM2.5 air pollution in over 98 countries and 3,000 cities. In 2020, Greenpeace Southeast Asia and IQAir launched the world’s first dynamic counter that measures the estimated number of lives lost to air pollution in 28 major cities – the counter reveals that, in the first half of 2020 alone, nearly 120,000 died from air pollution, showing the continued need for advancement in global air quality.

Collaborative for High Performance Schools Member

IQAir’s involvement in the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) reflects our role in developing high-performance air purification solutions for classrooms. IQAir partners with government air quality agencies and communities to develop cost-effective, energy-efficient air filtration systems for schools. Our solutions are designed to meet CHPS standards for low noise as well as air quality, and we share the CHPS passion for helping schools reduce energy consumption.

IQAir’s mission is to empower the world to breathe cleaner air through information, collaboration and technology. The International Well Building Institute (IWBI) and WELL standard both align with our commitment to helping others to breathe cleaner air and supporting a healthy lifestyle that allows achieve peak physical and mental health.
