The Palliser Airshed Society (PAS) was established in the Spring of 2003 to monitor ambient air quality in the Medicine Hat / Redcliff region and has expanded to cover the southeastern portion of the province. PAS currently maintains two continuous monitoring sites as well as 16 passive sampling sites distributed throughout the airshed.
