Manufacturer’s Warranty

IQAir, as the manufacturer of IQAir products, ensures that all IQAir products purchased from an authorised IQAir sales partners or from IQAir, have left our factory in working order, free from defects or damage and complete with user manual and accessories. It is recommended to register your purchase by completing the online registration form within 90 days.

International Limited Warranty and Service
For each of the listed regions, the specified warranty periods apply. The warranty starts from the date of the original purchase by the end-user from IQAir or one of its authorised IQAir sales partners.
If the product or any part thereof is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, the faulty item or parts thereof, will be repaired or replaced free of charge for labour and materials. The warranty for replaced parts and service work will expire automatically with the termination of the original system’s warranty.
The rights under this warranty are limited to the original first purchaser and will remain valid provided the product is used and maintained in line with its designated purpose and the operating instructions.
This warranty shall not apply to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorised repair, damage caused by installation, adaptation, modification, tampering with power adapters or the use of non-IQAir power accessories, over-/undervoltage or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with operating and maintenance instructions or to wear or deterioration resulting from environmental conditions or to damage sustained during transport. No liability will be accepted under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from use of non-original spare parts, defective workmanship, if the unit has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than the authorised service personnel or if the system’s serial sticker has been removed or tampered with.
To secure warranty rights and prevent transport damage, all products must be returned in original packaging.
Shipping, handling, customs fees and/or insurance costs are non-refundable. Obvious defects must be communicated to the seller or contracted supplier within 10 days of the purchase date.
Important Note:
In the event of a defect or other issue, please contact the seller immediately with the serial number of the device and a detailed description of the defect and/or symptoms. If the product was ordered via an e-commerce platform, contact the company that shipped the product. Before you return any product or part thereof for service or repair, you must seek the prior written permission from the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse any return shipment which is received without prior permission. Such shipments may be returned at the original sender’s cost.
The permission to return products does not constitute an acceptance of liability. Upon receipt, the returned product will be inspected carefully. Should the defect be covered by the terms of this warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Should the defect not be covered by the warranty or should the claim be outside the warranty period, a quote will be issued for repair/service work and transport costs. The quote needs to be accepted in writing before service work will be carried out.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other express or implied end-user warranties, terms or conditions.

Replacement Filter Warranty
IQAir guarantees that all genuine filters meet stringent performance and manufacturing standards. As filters are consumables, they are expressly excluded from the above warranty coverage. Provided the product is used and maintained in line with its designated purpose and operating replacement guidelines, filters are warrantied for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Should a defect by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials be proved within this period, any defective filter will be replaced free-of-charge. This warranty applies exclusively to genuine IQAir filters from an authorised IQAir partner or IQAir and is non-transferable.
