An evacuation shelter is available at the Fillmore LDS Stake Center, located at 25 S 300 W St, Fillmore, Utah. Residents should monitor updates from the Millard County Sheriff's Office and the Sevier County Sheriff's Office. Those placed under a Level 3 evacuation order may receive emergency phone alerts and door-to-door notifications.

Public access restrictions also remain in effect for designated lands, roads, and trails in the Fillmore Ranger District of Fishlake National Forest. Additional closures apply to certain Bureau of Land Management areas in Millard County.
