Ambassador Bilingual Academy was established in 2015 by Mrs. Amporn Garmolgomut and Mr. Chugiat Garmolgomut, driven by a heartfelt desire to offer the children of Chiang Mai a chance to learn English and equip them for a dynamically evolving global landscape. Both founders possessed a visionary perspective and well-defined objectives. The school's journey began in 2001 with the founding of "Little Stars Bilingual School," a childcare center tailored for children as young as 1 year and 6 months. Inspired by an American approach, the curriculum strongly emphasized active learning through play, tailored to meet the needs of each developmental stage. Students not only received a holistic education but also enjoyed comprehensive care that nurtured language, happiness, and skills for life. With unwavering support from parents, students excelled in language proficiency, communication, social development, and moral values. The school became a second home for its students, fostering a nurturing environment akin to a family setting. Its remarkable success garnered recognition both nationally and internationally, solidifying its position as a beacon of excellence in education. In 2008, Little Stars Bilingual School sought a new location to accommodate its expanding classes and transitioned into providing education for both kindergarten and primary students. Renamed "Ambassador Bilingual School (ABS)," it aimed to meet the growing demands of student enrollment. In May 2009, ABS commenced operations of each academic year and witnessed the expansion of classes to accommodate the increasing number of students. Currently, the school offers education from preschool to Grade 6. In 2014, both Little Stars Bilingual School and Ambassador Bilingual School (ABS) experienced a surge in student enrollment and gained recognition from parents, leading to continuous growth. Responding to this, Mrs. Amporn Garmolgomut and Mr. Chugiat Garmolgomut, the school administrators, planned to expand the school further to meet parental demands and the interest of individuals in the school's educational management policies. Consequently, Little Stars Bilingual School Co., Ltd. was established, with Mr. Patrick Garmol. Approval was granted by the Office of the Private Education Commission to use the name "Ambassador Bilingual Academy," located in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai. On January 12th, 2015, the school received permission from the Director of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Services Office to establish a private school, providing education from preschool to Grade 6. In 2021, Ambassador Bilingual Academy expanded once again to accommodate the increasing number of students. Consequently, it applied to relocate from its former location in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai, to a new location in Mae Hia Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chiang Mai. In 2023, the school applied to expand its land and construct additional buildings to accommodate students transferring from ABS, ranging from preschool to secondary levels, encompassing Grades 7 to 12. Currently, ABA offers education from preschool to Grade 12, with almost 1,000 students. Mr. Patrick Garmol is the authorized signatory to the school license, and Mrs. Saitong Prombun is the school director.
