1. How to Pay Your Invoice

To pay by credit card, log in to your account online at www.iqair.com. You may also call us at 1-877-715-4247 and ask for Accounts Receivable. You may also email us at [email protected] or fax the information to 562-903-7601. Wire transfer payments are also accepted. Please see our payment details form for further information. When sending your check, please write the invoice number and amount paid in the memo section. Payment by check authorizes IQAir North America to debit Customer’s account via ACH (Automated Clearing House). You may fax your check to 562-903-7601 or mail your check to:

2. Accounts with 30-Day Net Terms

All payments shall be due within thirty (30) days after date of IQAir’s invoice. The invoice date shall not be before the actual date of shipment. All sums not paid when due shall accrue interest daily at the lesser of an annual rate of 18% or the highest rate permissible by law on the unpaid balance until paid in full. Until paid in full, IQAir shall remain the lien holder of all invoiced Products.

3. F.O.B. IQAir Warehouse

All shipments will be made F.O.B. IQAir Warehouse. Delivery will be deemed complete, and risk of loss or damage to the Products will pass to Dealer upon delivery to the carrier. All shipping damage must be reported to IQAir within 48 hours of Product receipt.

4. Warranty

Please refer to the IQAir warranty literature supplied with Product for the exact terms of the individual warranty. If Product(s) or any part thereof, with the exception of filters, is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, IQAir North America, Inc. will at their option repair or replace the part or product free of charge for labor and materials. Obvious defects must be communicated to the Authorized Dealer within 10 days from the purchase date. This warranty shall not apply to damage caused through misuse, wear and tear, neglect, unauthorized repair, to damage caused through installation, adaptation, modification or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with IQAir’s operating and maintenance instructions, wear or deterioration due to environmental conditions or to damage occurred during transit. IQAir North America, Inc. will not be liable under this warranty for any fault or damage arising from defective workmanship, if the Product has been serviced, repaired or modified by any person other than the manufacturer's authorized service personnel or if the instrument’s serial label has been removed or tampered with. All products returned for service or repair must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA number). The RA number must be clearly visible on the external packaging. IQAir North America, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any shipment received without RA number and return shipment at sender’s cost. IQAir North America, Inc. does not refund shipping, handling or insurance costs for warranty repairs. IQAir North America, Inc. covers the shipping costs going back to the customer for ground shipping only. Should a faster shipping service be required or if the product needs to be shipped outside the continental United States, additional shipping costs will apply and are the responsibility of the end-user. IQAir North America, Inc. does not extend its warranty nor ship products outside North America. Please call the IQAir Technical Support Team to receive a RA number and shipping instructions prior to shipment.

5. Authorization to Use Name

Customer gives IQAir the authority to use, without royalties, customer’s name in all IQAir sales, marketing and promotional materials.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return unused and unopened products within 30 days from receipt with no product restocking charges. Products not eligible for return include: CleanZone, Perfect 16, GCX Series, Cleanroom Series, Dental Series and ParticleScans. Order discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt. All opened products are subject to a 15% restocking charge. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 60 days. Returned or exchanged merchandise is subject to testing and inspection upon receipt by IQAir. Please allow up to 7 days after IQAir’s receipt of product for your account to be credited.

RA’s are only valid for 15 days from date of issue. After 15 days the RA is automatically voided and will be refused should a customer attempt to return Product after the 15-day period.

In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to return or exchange products, Products must be returned packaged exactly as they were received. The item must be shipped back in the original packaging and insured. If original packaging is required, IQAir will provide a shipping box at a nominal fee. If Product is not sent back in its original packaging, the sender accepts all liability for damage claims and may be charged by IQAir for repairs. All products exchanged or returned must be accompanied with a RA (Return Authorization) number.

The RA number must be clearly listed on the outside of the box or on the return label, otherwise the shipment will be refused and immediately sent back to the sender. The absence of a RA number will delay the exchange or return process. Therefore, please contact IQAir’s Technical Support Team to receive a RA number and shipping instructions prior to shipment.

All accessories, i.e. remote control, power cord, etc., especially the Certificate of Performance, must be returned otherwise an additional $50 charge will apply.

Any added replacement costs will be assessed and incurred upon the completion of testing and inspection. IQAir does not refund shipping, handling, or insurance charges for returned or exchanged products.
