HaLm The Hamburg air monitoring network has been collecting data on air quality in Hamburg since spring 1984. Today, it is operated by the Institute for Hygiene and Environment, the Hamburg State Institute for Food Safety, Health Protection and Environmental Investigations. The technical supervision is carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture.
