How do I reset the filter life indicator?
After replacing a filter, you should manually reset the filter life monitor so the purifier can accurately track the new filter’s filter life.
- To reach the Filter Life Reset function from the main display window, press the Menu key seven times until the new filter screen pops up.
- Press and hold the Enter key until the flashing cursor appears. The first filter selection to appear is the PreMax Filter. Release the Enter key.
- Press the triangle key once to select the desired filter. The Filter Life LED for the appropriate filter is currently flashing red.
- Press the Enter key to confirm that the selected filter has been replaced.
- To re-confirm the filter change, press the Enter key. To exit the Filter Life Reset window, press the Menu key.
- Upon successful reset of the filter life, the new remaining filter life (taking the currently selected fan speed into account) will be displayed, and the filter LED light on the control panel will change from red to green.

How do I know which replacement filter to order?
Replacement filter requirements vary by purifier model. Verify your air purifier model by checking the device nameplate, located on the inside of the base of the air cleaner. The control panel will identify which filter needs replacing. If you are unsure, IQAir Customer Care can help identify the correct filter using your model or serial number.
