Thailand Pollution Control Department prevents and mitigates environmental issues such as pollutions in accordance with the Enhancement and Conservation of the National Environmental Quality Act B.E. 2535 that include providing comments when developing the national pollution control policies, environmental standards, pollution control standards from direct sources, environmental quality management and mitigation control plans, pollution monitoring, grievance, related environmental conservation laws.
