Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer fast, free shipping for orders over 500 EUR. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of up to 5 business days. For the most accurate delivery estimate, the shipping time will be calculated during checkout. If your order is placed before 11 a.m., we will do our best to process and ship it the same day.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your clean air. If anything isn’t right with your order, please contact us.

For shipments within the European Union, items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please visit our Support Page and complete the return request form with the required details. Once the form has been submitted, one of our support agents will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions and the next steps to proceed with your return. If any additional information is needed, our team will reach out to assist you and ensure the process is handled smoothly.

Please note:

Items should be returned in good condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, power cables, and removable components included. They must be returned in their original condition with security seals intact, and no shipping costs will be charged.

Please note that if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Products returned without the original packaging and accessories, or that have damage or excessive wear, may be subject to a refurbishment fee or otherwise ineligible for a full refund or exchange, in our discretion.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned product and confirm it’s in good shape, you have a few options:

• If the product was damaged or defective, we can exchange it for a new one.
• We can apply the purchase price toward a different IQAir product.
• We can refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow at least 5 business days for processing refunds.

Additional Details:

This Return Policy only applies to products purchased on our official website IQAir.com. For products purchased elsewhere, please refer to that retailer’s return policy. After the initial 14-day return period, you are still covered by IQAir’s warranty.
