IQAir whole-house air purification systems are featured in the Esquire House 2006. Branded Esquire House 360, this 17,000 square-foot Italian villa in Beverly Hills was build on the premise "Old World" on the outside and state-of-the-art inside.

The Esquire House combines the refined restraint of Old Hollywood with the sleek design and mind-blowing technical innovations. The builders/designers Dugally Oberfeld LCC contacted IQAir to provide the best in whole-house air purification for this dramatic home.

"They not only wanted to create a house of breathtaking beauty and dimension, they also wanted to create one of America's healthiest homes with state-of-the-art air purification", says Frank Hammes, IQAir's President & Chief of Technology. "We combined seven state-of-the-art IQAir whole-house purification systems with the home's seven heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. They provide clean air to every single room of this amazing home, without being seen or heard." The air purification exceeds MERV 16 − the highest level of filtration recognized by the American Society of Heating and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE). The result is the air in the home that is virtually free of dust, pollen, allergens, and other indoor air pollutants.

According to Hammes, the project reflects a new trend in custom home design. "While homeowners have always been very particular about all visual and comfort aspects of their home, they now also want the best healthy home technology", Hammes explains.
